lots of thomas brinkmann and 2 dollar egg.

even if it isnt really you style, check it out and comment on my mixing, i think its the best try ive done yet, with only 1 mess up in 72 dubby clicky tech minutes

(30 kbps mono ogg vorbis, 11 megs)

It would be easier for me to comment on the mixing with a higher bitrate copy. ;) I don't mind a large download.

As for it not being my 'style', some of my favorite music is that which is on the fringe, rather than an overly established style. So this is enjoyable for me from that aspect alone.

I'm impressed with the length of this track. Seems quite a challenge to stay dedicated to making something so lengthy and with continuous variation.

The composition is quite enjoyable, like many tunes I enjoy on http://somafm.com/ on the groove salad or space station channels. I like the tubular bell at 23:00.

The sounds seem well balanced. I would like to hear this in a better quality version to hear all the nice frequencies in the mix.

eh, this is a DJ mix , not an original composition

OT, is there any way you can post a higher bitrate version? skipping through it, it is definitely something i'd like to listen to, but i can't convince myself to at this quality :(

i'm gonna record a "farewell to my turntables" dj mix in the next couple weeks cuz i've sold them to a friend, so i'll be sure to post that somewhere afterwards :)

edit: i think it's funny how some people seem to DJ such different music than what they write. you write crazy ass breakcore distortion madness, but you spin minimal techno. i dj funky disco house but i've only ever written a few house songs :)
