NEW YEARS RESOLUTIONS

NEW YEARS RESOLUTIONS

Postby paulnewns » Wed Dec 24, 2008 5:48 am

..not that i've made any yet but some suggestions..
1) More tracking (obviously)
2) More musical experimentation
3) Less moaning about stuff (anything really)
4) Learn to relax
...to be added to...

Here's mine:

Keep a list of what songs I have been listening to every week instead of doing it like 2 years later. (I make compilation CDs of the best music of every year but historically I have put the song lists together well after the fact and it makes it harder to keep track of)

Simple :)

Do you know about Last.fm? It keeps track of what you listen...kind of handy, althouqh of course it doesn`t work if you`re listeninq to stuff not on your computer.

Anyway, my resolutions are:
1. Get to bed on time
2. Exercise more often

Last.fm have a plugin that will update your last.fm account when you sync your iPod.

I'm not huge on resolutions so I'll just tell you all what I want to do this year... and that's mainly getting my budget back in order. Anything else comes after.

I don't "sync" my ipod because I use rockbox firmware. So it still won't help me. Thanks though dude :)

That's okay, that's what I'd do with an iPod too ;)

I suppose nobody's made a scrobble plug for rockbox yet? That's okay, my last.fm would be more thorough if it could scrobble xm radio in my car.

Hey ... I started this today with a spreadsheet in google docs. Pretty easy to maintain I think. :D Hooray for following through with new years resolutions!
