Renoise registration

Hello,

I've ordered Renoise 1.8.0 RC3 , I received two days ago a mail "registration renoise" and the link for the Order Invoice / Receipt with a number of the product.
I want to download Renoise 1.8 in the http://backstage.renoise.com
area.

They say :
"To access the Renoise Backstage, login with your username and password. You can find your username and password in the e-mail sent to you after you registered Renoise (search for this subject: Renoise Registration)."

But I have no username and password written in the registration mail.

How do I do then to get Renoise??

I already send them mail but I have no answer at this time.

Hi,

I've registered Renoise 1.8 a few days ago (loving it so far :) ). After that I received an email with the subject: "Renoise 1.8 Registration" that contained my username and password for the backstage area. If you can't find it in your inbox check if it is in a spam directory.

You said you've already sent an email to the renoise team (support@renoise.com?). If you didn't receive a reply until now, maybe try to post in the official renoise forum.

I hope it get's sorted out quickly so you can start tracking. :)

My question :

I wait to get another mail with my identification and password, correct?

I thought this would be written in the first mail "renoise registration".

And I've posted to the support@renoise already, I just wait for the answer now.

In my case (paying via credit card) it was a matter of a few minutes.

Something must have gone wrong with your order. :(

Did you get an Order Invoice/Receipt from SWREG (the e-commerce service)?

I think you should get in contact with someone from the renoise team directly. Unfortunately I don't know who's dealing with the sales, but taktik (the main developer?) in the official renoise forum might be able to help you out. You could send him a private message with your order number.

I don't remember exactly how many emails I've got as I printed the "order invoice/receipt" from SWREG and the "Renoise 1.8 Registration" and deleted them afterwards. So my guess is these 2 were the important ones.

try doing a 'forgot password'...

your user name is YOUR name that you registered renoise under. for example, mine is 'Robert Williams'

then if everything is good at the renoise end, you'll get a password...
