small request: highlighting the table entry in voting screen

Hi Sonicade,

Was just wondering if it is a small change to highlight the tablecell/row for an entry in the voting screen which contains new comments in general. The new comments itself is already nicely decorated in golden color, so if the entry in the navigation table is also colored in this case, it would prevent a lot of clicking (to see if people answered a question or whatev.).
Its no lifesaving rocket science so if it is taking too much work, just leave it.

Yeah I've been wanting that for a while too, since I like to keep checking the comments on other peoples' songs pretty regularly as well.
